These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nanoba.pro and Nanobanana Pro (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of another party, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Provide accurate information and promptly update details to keep your account current.

You agree to use Nanobanana Pro only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Services without permission is prohibited.

Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of nanoba.pro, or access the Services using automated means without authorization.

Nanoba.pro retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, documentation, and branding.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the Services, you grant nanoba.pro a non-exclusive license to process and display your content solely to provide the Services.

Generated outputs may be used in accordance with applicable law and any usage limitations described in your plan.

Pricing, credits, and plan features are described on the Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or our Refund Policy.

You authorize nanoba.pro to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and any renewal periods.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access remains until the end of the current billing cycle.

Nanoba.pro may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@nanoba.pro.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Nanoba.pro does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Services will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nanoba.pro will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless nanoba.pro, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which nanoba.pro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or product announcements. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective signifies acceptance.
