Nanoba.pro stands behind the quality of Nanobanana Pro subscriptions. This Refund Policy outlines how we evaluate refund requests, credit adjustments, and cancellations.

Subscription Charges

All subscription fees are billed in advance. Charges are non-refundable except as described below or where required by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access and credits remain active through the end of the billing period.

Eligibility for Refunds

We consider refunds when: (a) you were charged in error; (b) technical issues prevented reasonable use of the Services; or (c) local laws provide mandatory rights.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge. Provide account email, transaction details, and a description of the issue.

Credits and Adjustments

If Nanobanana Pro fails to deliver expected functionality after troubleshooting, we may restore credits to your account instead of a refund.

Unused promotional or bonus credits are not redeemable for cash.

How to Request a Refund

Send refund inquiries to support@nanoba.pro. Include your account email, invoice ID, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

We will review each request in good faith and respond within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

Contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
